Directly after the player has been removed from play and tended-to, the coach has ongoing responsibilities, including immediate reporting. The concussion code of conduct and the overall concussion resources will assist coaches to manage all steps from removal-of-sport to return-to-sport, including providing all forms, etc.
Concussions
As required by Rowan's Law, Tecumseh Saints has implemented the following measures related to concussion management and prevention:

1) All athletes, parents of athletes under 18, coaches, team trainers and officials must confirm (every year) that they have reviewed Ontario's Concussion Awareness Resource.

2) We have established a concussion code of conduct. For the sake of simplicity, our organization has adapted the same code of conduct as Ontario Basketball Association. Please find it here.

3) We have established removal-from-sport and return-to-sport protocols. These are required to be followed by everyone associated with the Tecumseh Saints, with head coaches and club exec holding primary responsibility.
